evergreen continues it’s collaboration with Sequence snowboard magazine with the latest issue of the mag. evergreen took over the overall art direction and took care of all the illustrations used in the article openers. We are super enthusiastic to work with sequence as it is Italy’s leading snowboard magazine, it comes with a quality DVD and is completely free press in all snowboard shops accross the nation!

Sequence magazine
evergreen have recently started collaborating with Sequence Snowboard magazine. Our first project together was on Sequence’s “FIFTH SEASON” buyer’s handbook, where evergreen took over the whole art direction. It has been a busy summer putting it all together and as if there wasn’t enough work already, evergreen decided to put in their extra touch of paper illustration. Here are a few behind the scenes shots to give you a small preview of what to expect, before the official release of FIFTH SEASON next week in snowboard shops all over Italy!

MsWhite Shooting (rise records)
Ms White is a metal – screamo band from north Italy that recently signed up for Rise records (US). With best wishes and congratulations for their debut in one of the most important music labels world wide, this is the first picture from their latest photoshooting. It was real fun to work with them, besides dealing with the terrible weather we encountered, the annoying onlookers always trying to get in the picture and besides horrible drug needles left on dirty grounds we managed to shoot in five different locations with a very satisfying result. Huge thanks for the assistance go to Marco Micelli (www.noizeconcept.it ) who’s actually working on their imaging and all the graphics. Rough snowboards
Rough snowboards is one of our main clients. We take care of everything for them, from the illustrations that go on the boards to all their print and web comunication. For 2010 we based everything on strong messages that express what snowboarding means to us. The Messages were all written with elaborate hand drawn lett…ering and the backgrounds are made up by patterns also doRough snowboards is one of our main clients. Lot’s of different tools were used for the illustrations: Pens, pencils, chalk, paint, watercolors and spray cans. We hope you appreciate all the hard work!

“WE ARE TORINO” opening party!
evergreen was invited to take part in an art exhibition at Hannibal concept store in Turin and put up a couple of board designs from next season’s ROUGH board range, some original drawings of the boards and a selection of photos. Some of the best up and coming designers were featured so it was an honor for evergreen to take part. The party featured DJs playing all day, free ice cream and a crazy old English guy who took hold of the microphone and started dancing to electronic music. If you’re in Turin, check out the Exhibition cause it’s on til’ the end of July.

Exhibition report from Zero bar!
On wednesday the 9th of June evergreen hosted a photographic exhibition at Zero bar. There were lot’s of different photos to look into, from Fashion and portraits to action snowboarding. Lot’s of people attended the event to make it a big success!
